We are excited to welcome back Chef Sherry Grimes of Pig & Butter for another cooking class, this time with the focus on brunch! Join us at our Vineyard House for a hands-on class where you will learn to make 3 delicious brunch specialties and then enjoy the refreshments on our private patio. Tickets include all materials, food items, instruction, and your first glass of wine! Pig & Butter is a Brooklyn born company with a chef that has owned restaurants and food trucks in New York and California.Pricing: $90 per person Club Members $85 (please login to receive discount) The Menu:
- Chinese Fried Chicken and Waffles with Buttery Maple Syrup
- Wild Mushroom Veggie Omlette with Basil Pesto and Goat Cheese
- Crème Anglaise French Toast with Cinnamon Pear Compote and Buttery Maple Syrup
